1940's Zombie Diner
You get it, that's his best friend out there, and they're both confirmed bachelors. But it's not anymore. Whoever he was doesn't matter anymore. Now he's just another one of those monsters.
The diner was the best place you could think of to wait this whole mess out in. It was chaos in the streets, people being gunned down in cold blood and ripped apart. At least there's enough food to last the two of you for a couple of weeks.
That is, if the blasted music doesn't stop, attracting more of those monsters. You pray it doesnt't attract anyone you know too well, you don't think you could handle it.
