This is a weird horror story of a young man, a former Marine, who is obsessed with "seeing what the hell he's got," and who is also a sadistic, sadistic maniac who tries to get a female friend, though she doesn't seem to care that she's his sister. At some point she's shot herself in the chest and sent into the hospital for surgery, after which the rest of her family comes and buys her a home. This is the sounds of that happening.
