Demonic Church Raid
You're inside of the church, doing the routine and listening to the pastor, when suddenly, masked cultists of some evil deity appear from a grotesque portal, formed of what appears to be flesh and blood. Deformed abominations become leaking out of the portal, like the sludge made out of sinew leaking from the portal's frame itself. The maleficent cultists begin to slaughter the churchgoers, as they all scream and flee from the church, bringing Hell on Earth.
