Dusk in the Desert
The secrets of the desert are hidden in the sands which swirl about your feet as you wonder on through the crumbling ruins of Egypt. Stone Gods watch your every step as you twist through passages and climb monuments. The orange ball of the setting sun elongates every shadow to dramatic effect making you feel as you are not alone when you glimpse your own dark silhouette close beside you. The Desert winds howl through the tombs and over the crests of dunes spitting more sand into your eyes causing you to shield your face with one arm as you walk on, something about this place is making you nervous. The haunting beauty of the vast empty desert and the grand carvings towering above you make you feel so small and lost in this untamed land.
