La Llorona
You are relaxing by a river, on the outskirts of a small town, somewhere in Latin America. The sun is setting, and the night draws closer. As you lose yourself in the soothing lapping of the water, you start to hear something... A woman crying. You become uneasy, as an unearthly chill creeps down your spine. Legend has it that the vengeful spirit of a woman haunts this river. It is said that she will drown children, just as she did her own, and preys upon men.
Should you encounter her, and live to tell the tale, do not go looking for her. Pretend you never saw her.
