Enjoy the archive room in the basement of Miskatonic University Library. It is a "quiet" place where you can study. Just be careful to stay clear of the alchemist studying in the room to your left and the screamer on the right. The alchemist says they are study-buddies, which is something I'm not fully willing to believe.
