Limbo: Entry III

"At last I entered the first circle of Limbo which resides upon the outer regions of The Woeful Realm. Here resides the unbaptized and the virtuous pagans, who, though not sinful in life, did not accept Christ. Lacking a baptism they lacked the hope for something greater than themselves.
The guiltless damned are punished by wandering through maze like freezing caves and caverns.

Here great prophets and philosophers of old ceaselessly wander through the cold, rocky underground whilst conversing with one another in quiet whispers.

Upon the edge of Limbo resides the Hills of Forsaken Life. Here the aborted and unbaptized newborns who were denied there life before it even began are left upon mountainous piles upon piles of themselves! Horrifically malformed and melted together in terrifying cadaverous amalgams crying and weeping for there mothers who forsook them to come and claim them!"
