The Garden of Flesh
As the door behind you seals with a soft, wet sound, the air changes. It grows humid, oppressive, and heavy with the scent of rot and iron.
The chamber ahead is filled with pulsing vein-like vines that crawl across the floor, up the walls, and overhead like a living web. Glowing sacs pulse gently in dim crimson light. The floor is soft and uneven—like walking on swollen, stitched flesh.
In the center of the chamber, a large flesh-pink pod pulses like a massive, beating heart. Its surface is cracked and lined with stitch-like seams. Veins connect it to every wall.
At the far end of the room, wrapped in a knotted wall of bone and bramble, you see a stone archway, clearly the exit. Just beneath the bramble, a large slab of bone juts out, inscribed with glowing script. The vines seem to retreat slightly around it, as if in reverence.
