The Old Hargreaves Place
You were out driving, late through the winding roads of a forested middle of nowhere with a storm raging all around you, and your car stalled. But what luck! There's a house just up this little path, and there's a light on! You dart from your dead car, an old newspaper to protect you from the rain, and knock. The door opens, you hesitate, but the wind and rain convince you to step inside. Behind you the door slams shut, and you wait, your voice catching in your throat as you call out a hello. Someone, or something, must be home...
