The Third Circle
"At last I made my way through the third circle. Gluttony, where gluttonous souls forever lie in a vile bubbling slush produced by ceaseless foul and icy rains; symbolizing the cold, empty sensuality of their lives. The circle is guarded by the three-headed hellhound Cerberus. The Devils most revered familiar who's size even dwarfs that of the great giants who amble through this abominable circle crushing poor unsatisfied souls under there soles! The hell hounds keen fangs feast upon mouthfuls of the damned within the millions! They all were chewed within the beasts foreboding maw till they were all nothing more but a maroon slush then they would be regurgitated and become one with the foul earth!
Beyond the hound is the cold valley of rain and mud, and the Hall of Gluttons, where even the royalty and high status indulged food and drinks in life are now constantly devoured and excreted by the harrowing serpents of Hell for eternity."
